Bob Welch & Friends: My Oregon

Join author and Register-Guard columnist Bob Welch on October 18th at 2:00 pm, as he headlines a first-of-its-kind show celebrating Oregon in stories, songs, images and s’mores — free at intermission! With his patented heart and humor, Welch will offer stories such as his “sea-to-summit” adventure of going from Florence to the top of the South Sister in a single day. The Eugene Symphony’s Dale Bradley heads a musical trio that will honor the state in song. Comedic poet David Perham will recite new poems similar to the ones he offered at last year’s sold-out Hult Center event in Eugene. And six of the state’s finest photographers and videographers present soulful images of this place we call home.
