A Night with Jacob Weber

Jacob Weber is an 18-year-old aspiring country singer/songwriter from Morton, Washington. He will present a concert at the FEC at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 10. Jacob will be performing an intimate solo act concert, telling the stories behind the songs he’s written. Here’s a chance to get up close and personal with a rising star.

Listeners will hear his recently released a song called “Evergreens,” which has received hundreds of thousands of shares and views on Facebook, and thousands on YouTube. This is a song about how the term “country” is most often used to refer to the cowboy of the south, but that the term has a much different meaning in the Pacific Northwest. His songs sounds country with a little bit of an alternative rock and folk twist to them.
